Grass is to dry, they really need to ensure the whole cemetery has green grass not just certain areas.

Unresponsive and unprofessional during a time of urgent need. I phoned this cemetery to make burial arrangements for a loved one who had just passed away and they said they would send the necessary information by email. When several hours passed I emailed them to make sure they had my correct email address. Still nothing. Three days and three emails later and they just said, "we never got your email," like it was my fault. They promised to send you the information in a few minutes. STILL NOTHING. Totally disrespectful, totally unprofessional.
Its beautiful, the grass could need alittle water. Over all i plan to be there as much as i can. I miss both of them very much, and they're there together for ever. RIP.
My father passed away 2 years ago and I come almost every week sometimes twice a week to maintain the borders of his and my grandparents headstone. I didn't come for two weeks and they messed up the grass and borders around both headstones . the grass is dead and cut horribly. I am very upset and will talk to the office about it.
